Overview

• The Marine & Environmental Education Alliance, Inc. (MEEA) was founded in 2007 as a consortium of local and regional Eastern Massachusetts stakeholders including Massasoit Community College, Scituate Public Schools and the Town of Scituate.

• MEEA was established to facilitate creation of the Ocean Campus Center. The proposed new center is a multi-purpose educational, conference and community facility dedicated to training individuals in the Marine and Environmental technologies.
